Questions

Do you charge per shipment?
No. Planning runs and orders are unlimited at every tier — you pay for vehicles and seats, the things that actually scale with your operation. That keeps us cheaper than per-shipment incumbents as you grow.
What decides which modules I get?
Your network does. The platform holds the full end-to-end capability set; the network you build switches on the slice that's meaningful for your operation. Higher tiers simply unlock more of it.
Can I change plans?
Yes — vehicles and seats flex month to month, and moving between tiers is a config change, not a migration. Annual prepay saves roughly two months.
How is enterprise priced?
On volume or a share of freight-under-management (target 1–2%), plus pass-through of any dedicated server-side compute. Priced to the value of a better-utilised, higher-DIFOT operation, not to our cost.
